Acceptance
By using ami2you you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service does
ami2you is only an interface: it helps you find a video and opens a converter for it. The actual conversion and download are performed by a third-party service, clickapi.net — not by ami2you. We do not host, store, record or process any media files ourselves. The service is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
Acceptable use
- Only convert and download content you own or have the right to download.
- Respect the rights of creators and any applicable copyright laws.
- Do not use the service to infringe, harass, or break the law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
You are solely responsible for how you use the files you download.
Availability
We aim to keep ami2you fast and available, but we may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
Third-party services
The download and conversion are carried out by clickapi.net, and the videos come from YouTube. Both are independent third parties, operated separately from ami2you and subject to their own terms and policies. ami2you has no control over — and takes no responsibility for — those services.
Copyright & your responsibility
ami2you is intended for copyright-free content only. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the right to download any video, audio or other content. We do not encourage, condone or take any responsibility for the downloading of copyright-protected music, videos or other material. Any such use is entirely at your own risk and under your own responsibility — including any request sent to the third-party downloader (clickapi.net).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ami2you disclaims all liability for any damages or legal consequences arising from your use of the service, from the third-party download provider (clickapi.net), or from any content you obtain through it. Responsibility for downloaded content rests solely with you.
In short: it’s a free helper tool — use it for your own content, and use it at your own discretion.
